SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Fourth Watch Supply. We appreciate your support and want to make sure you know what to expect after placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Our products are made to order. Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within approximately 2–5 business days.

During holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.

SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, estimated U.S. delivery is typically 3–7 business days.

Processing time and shipping time are separate. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Some products may be produced and shipped from different fulfillment locations. If your order contains multiple items, your order may arrive in more than one package and on different days.

You will receive available tracking information as each shipment is prepared.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information at the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@fourthwatchsupply.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or shipped.

DELAYS

Fourth Watch Supply is not responsible for carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us at support@fourthwatchsupply.com with your order number and details about the issue.

For damaged items, please include clear photos of the product and packaging when possible.

We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
